Fall Leaf Collection Services
2015 Fall Leaf Collection

The last day of yard waste pick up was Friday, October 9th. Rake out of property can begin on Saturday, October 10th. Since the trees are leafing out late this year , the City will not begin leaf operations until Monday, October 19th.  This operation will continue until Sunday, November 15th or later if weather permits. During this period we will schedule to make three passes through the City.  Please watch the Leaf Collection Update section for progress maps and projected times that we will be in your area.

  • Please make sure to rake in only leaves and soft plant material. Branches and other woody material significantly slow down the composting process. Yard waste can still be brought into the drop off center for a $5 per load charge or be picked up at the curb for a fee.

  • There are a few areas of the City that have street paving or road projects that are wrapping up.  Please do not rake leaves into the street until the final coat of asphalt has been applied.
Thank you for your help and patience in assisting our crews making this a great leaf collection season!
