Great things are always happening in Tosa. Each month we highlight our favorites.

Here are three great things in Tosa this December.

  1. We believe that everyone has the opportunity to live a healthier life, no matter who we are, where we live, or how much money we make. This is health equity. We strive to promote health equity in programs available to Wauwatosa. Some of these programs include: home safety visits, adult health clinics, free medical sharps collection for individuals that work or live in Wauwatosa, fire and fall prevention program, and Project Lifesaver program to protect and quickly locate individuals with cognitive conditions.

  2. Holiday Homes. Our GIS technology can create lots of maps, and this month we asked you to submit pictures of your favorite homes decorated for the holidays. Thanks for sharing photos!

  3. The Canadian Pacific Holiday Train stop in the Village brings over a thousand people together for a concert and a cause. This community event is aimed at helping raise awareness of and increase donations to Tosa Cares, a local food pantry.
