The next election is April 2. You can preview your ballot by going to myvote.wi.gov. On this website, you can also see your voting location.
On election day, polls are open from 7 am - 8 pm.
Where do I vote?
Visit the homepage of Wauwatosa.net and enter your address in the MyWauwatosa feature. You can see your voting location, elected officials, and garbage, recycling, and yard waste schedule.
In-person absentee voting
In-person absentee voting for the April 2 Spring Election will take place during the weeks of March 18 and March 25, Monday through Friday, from 8 am – 4:30 pm at the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall. On Friday, March 29, these hours are extended until 5 p.m.

Photo ID is needed
You must show a photo ID before receiving a ballot. Except for voters on the permanent absentee ballot list, absentee ballot requests must be accompanied by a photo ID unless it has been previously submitted. If you are eligible to vote in Wisconsin, but do not have a Wisconsin identification card or Wisconsin driver’s license, you are eligible to receive a free state ID for voting purposes.
