41% Election Turnout in Wauwatosa

The Spring General Election in Wauwatosa had several positions on the ballot, including Justice of the Supreme Court, Circuit Court Judge in five branches, Alderperson for District 4, and three school board member seats.
Highlights of the results:
- Lisa Neubauer, candidate for Justice of the Supreme Court, received 59% of votes in Wauwatosa.
- The election for Alderperson District 4 was a special election. Incumbent Alderperson Ernie Franzen ran unopposed and won his seat.
- Circuit Court Judge, Branch 40 was the only Circuit Court Judge race with more than one candidate. Danielle Shelton received 6,001 votes, or 54% of the votes.
Of the 32,345 registered voters in Wauwatosa, 13,233 ballots were cast. This represents a 41% voter turnout rate for Wauwatosa. Milwaukee County had a 29% turnout rate.
