In 2019, our Assessor’s Office will complete a revaluation. This is a complete and thorough city-wide review of all property assessments. We make value adjustments where necessary to guarantee that all property is assessed at market value. This ensures that taxes are distributed equitably.

This is a revaluation year, so you will receive a change of assessment letter in July 2019. All property owners will receive this letter, even if your assessment hasn’t changed.

In non-revaluation years, you might receive a letter around April. In these years, you would only receive a letter if your property assessment changes.

You can review property information online and call the Assessor's Office (414) 479-8969 with questions.
