Standing Council Committees meet at City Hall in the Committee meeting rooms located on the 2nd floor on the second and last Tuesday of each month. Committee start times can vary. All meetings are open to the public. Public comment is welcome in discussions at the committee level at the discretion of the committee chair.

- Plan Commission (January 13, 6:00 pm) will have a public hearing related to a conditional use request at 10460 Innovation Drive for a restaurant and fitness facility.
- Government Affairs (January 14, 6:00 pm) will discuss a liquor license request for Golden Nest Pancake & Cafe (a new restaurant at 11250 W Burleigh St)
- Transportation Affairs (January 14, 6:30 pm) will hear a report about the conclusion of a 45 day trial parking regulation on the south side of Aetna Court from 68th to 70th St.
- Community Affairs (January 14, 7:30 pm) will discuss historic designation recommendations of multiple properties and preliminary plans for a planned unit development at 9150 Watertown Plan Road (The Watertown apartments)
