Heads up, Wauwatosa: 68th Street will soon close to through traffic at Wisconsin Avenue. The closure is anticipated to begin on Monday, June 16, and end in August 2025. Local traffic will still have access to 68th Street.

If you're looking to head north or south in this area, use the following detour to avoid construction:

  • Heading north? Take Bluemound Road (east) to Hawley Road (north) to State Street (east or west)
  • Heading south? Take State Street (east) to Hawley Road (south) to Bluemound Road (east or west)
