The Wauwatosa Youth Commission Community Service Award recognizes students who have given a great deal of time and outstanding effort in service to the Wauwatosa community. This award is given to individuals who are Wauwatosa residents or students who have performed community service in Wauwatosa.

Students can nominate themselves, friends, and classmates or an adult may nominate a family member or friend. While students may apply each year, they are only eligible to receive the award once in middle school and once in high school.
