This new park space at 69th and North Avenue has picnic tables, canopy shade, and giant chairs made for tourists' selfies. It's location in East Tosa is central to many businesses and restaurants. The plaza also accommodates the need for parking in the area, improves storm water drainage with its permeable pavement, and supports urban forestry efforts with the newly planted trees and landscaping.
