• Swimming pools
• Fences
• Erosion control
• Dumping on unimproved lots
• Moving buildings within the city

Our building, electrical, and plumbing inspectors are certified and licensed by the State of Wisconsin to perform inspections within their respective fields.

Fees

The City of Wauwatosa charges fees for inspection services. To see the fee amount, please contact the appropriate inspector and explain your specific request. Note there are fees for missed appointments.
