Engine 53 newEngine 53

Engine 53 was built in 2021 by the Pierce Manufacturing Company. It comes equipped with a 1250 GPM pump, 500-gallon water tank and foam capability. It carries 700 feet of large diameter hose (for hydrant supply), 2 1/2-inch hose (for attaching large fires), and four pre-connected 1 3/4-inch hose lines for quick attacks at smaller fires. Engine 53/55 contains an assortment of axes, tools, fans, high-rise firefighting equipment, water rescue equipment and various other firefighting equipment along with complete set of paramedic lifesaving equipment (defibrillator, CPR assist device, paramedic medications).


Tower 53Tower 53

Tower 53 was built in 2015 by Pierce Manufacturing Company. It comes equipped with a 1500 GPM pump and a 300 gallon water tank. It carries 500 feet of large diameter hose (for hydrant supply), and two pre-connected hose lines for quick attacks at smaller fires.  Tower 53 has a 95 foot mid-mount aerial platform and contains extraction equipment.

 


MED53 NEWMed 53

Med 53 was built in 2019 by Horton Emergency Vehicles. The chassis is a medium duty International. This ambulance is equipped to treat and transport patients to the hospital. In addition, to medical equipment this ambulance carries firefighting equipment.

Squad 55 (Reserve)

Squad 55 was built in 2012 by the Pierce Manufacturing Company. It comes equipped with a 1250 GPM pump, 500 gallon water tank and foam capability. It carries 700 feet of large diameter hose (for hydrant supply), 2 1/2 inch hose (for attacking large fires), and three pre-connected 1 3/4 inch hose lines for quick attacks at smaller fires. Engine 53 also contains an assortment of axes, tools, and fans. It also has an air cascade system for filling bottles on scene.
