Fire permits are required for bonfires on commercial properties. Please see outdoor burning for information regarding residential properties.

How to Apply 

You can apply for a permit online using this self-service portal.

When applying for a bonfire permit, we will need the following information:

• Location of the bonfire.  Permits are only required for commercial properties.
• Site plan showing buildings and property line distances of property.
• A fire extinguishant must be in the vicinity of the bonfire at all times.

Bonfires permits are a flat fee of $70 per bonfire.
